Upon approval by Management, this offer represents a binding agreement. This offer is contingent of review and approval in writing of the artist's current rider. All reasonable requirements must be met. This offer is made pending a final agreement in writing between the artist and the purchaser regarding sound and lights for the performance. Upon confirmation by the artist, purchaser agrees to send signed contracts, riders and applicable deposits to agent by the designated return date on the contract. Purchaser agrees to abide by all terms and conditions in the contract and this offer. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary authority, rights, and permissions necessary to submit your offer. Your offer is deemed a bona fide offer upon which artist and artist's representatives may and will rely.
